Objectives
A coffee table book highlighting approximately 30 QRA restaurants across Western Australia's Munch event regions is the project's main goal. The book will include information on the restaurants as well as mouth-watering images of the cuisine. The book will be sent to upscale hotels to spark discussion and advertise the featured eateries.
Assumptions
a) The project may go forward with the approval of the QRA Executive Board.
b) One hundred fifty calendar days will be needed to finish the project.
c) By Monday, October 30, 2023, the coffee table book will be produced and sent to the upscale hotels.
d) The project team is made up of Anna, Betsy, and Cara, each of whom has the responsibilities and qualifications.
e) Anna's crew will visit several QRA eateries to take pictures and interview cooks.
f) The project's budget is constrained.
g) There will be around 30 QRA eateries in the book.
h) The printing of each copy of the book will cost $8.
i) The book will be produced in 1000 copies and then distributed.
j) Upscale hotels will get the book to showcase in its nicest guest rooms and common spaces.
k) The QRA office is situated on Mandurah's Sutton Street.
l) Anna is given a corporate automobile by QRA.
m) Betsy is permitted to operate QRA vehicles since she possesses a WA driver's license.
n) Cara lacks a driver's license.
o) The printing will take place in Joondalup at a business printer.
p) The printed copies will be gathered and distributed to the upscale hotels by the QRA project team.
q) By Monday, May 22, 2023, all project planning activities must be finished.
r) At its meeting on Monday, May 29, 2023, the QRA Executive Board will arrive at its final choice for the project.
